AYNN L. UPTON OD
Dr. Upton is the owner and founder of Eyeworks. After growing up In West Virginia, she moved to Texas to attend The University of Houston and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1988. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Upton moved to the Coastal Bend to begin her optometric career. She established her private practice, Eyeworks, in 1997 and moved into the present location in the fall of 2011.
Dr. Upton's practice emphasis is in Family Optometric Care and Contact Lenses. She and her husband, Jim, have two children, Andrew and Kaitlyn.

VERONICA COBB, OD
Dr. Veronica Cobb earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in 2021 and has since focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered eye care to the community.
Dr. Cobb offers a wide range of optometric services, including routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, ocular disease management, and advanced diagnostic imaging. She has specialized training in myopia control and intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy, a cutting-edge treatment for dry eye disease and meibomian gland dysfunction. Her expertise allows her to provide innovative, effective solutions tailored to her patients’ long-term eye health.
She is known for her approachable demeanor and educational style, helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care. At Eyeworks, Dr. Cobb is part of a collaborative team committed to combining state-of-the-art technology with a warm, community-focused environment.
